Robert Heid- As co-founder of ETC over 23 years ago, Bob has been directly involved in every
aspect of its development. As a graduate of Kent State University, school teacher, experienced producer, and father of two
ETC performers, the organization has been a major part of his adult life.
Carolyn Bagley- Carolyn received her B.A.
in Music Education from Hiram College and has been teaching private lessons in voice, cello and piano for over 10 years. She
has directed and served as musical director for musicals in both public school and community theater productions. She also
serves as worship accompanist and bell choir director for First Christian Church in Kent, OH. Carolyn has recently written
and played for an independent film score. She has also recorded and performed with Steve McClain, a local singer/songwriter.
Carolyn has served as director of the All Americans since 2005 and the New Generation Singers since 2007.
Andrew Schifano- Andrew is our newest
staff member, joining us for the 2008-2009 season. A graduate of Ellet High School in Akron, and The University of Akron,
School of Fine and Applied Arts, Andrew comes to us with a level of enthusiasm and professionalism we welcome. He is currently
the music teacher at Almira Academy in Cleveland.
Tara Tober- After completing her degree from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Tara has been on the move choreographing both
show choirs and musicals throughout the United States. As an ETC alumi, it has been great to have Tara back working with our
